What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a large sheet of Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers that allows you to place multiple designs, logos, or images on one sheet to maximize space and save money. You can include one design repeated multiple times or several different designs on the same sheet.

Our Gang Sheet Builder is an easy-to-use online design tool that allows you to upload, arrange, resize, duplicate, and organize your artwork directly onto your chosen sheet size before ordering.
Getting Started
How do I create a gang sheet?
Select your desired sheet size.
Click “Build Your Own Gang Sheet.”
Upload your artwork files.
Drag and arrange your designs on the sheet.
Resize or duplicate designs as needed.
Review your sheet carefully.
Add to cart and checkout.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend:
PNG (preferred; transparent background)
Best resolution: 300 DPI for highest print quality.
Do my images need transparent backgrounds?
Yes—PNG files with transparent backgrounds are strongly recommended for best results. If you upload a JPG with a white background, the white may print.
What resolution should my artwork be?
We recommend:
300 DPI minimum
High-resolution artwork only
Low-resolution files may print blurry or pixelated.
Can I use Canva files?
Yes. Export your Canva design as a PNG with transparent background before uploading.
Designing Your Sheet
Can I upload multiple designs?
Yes. Add as many designs as will fit on your selected sheet size.
Can I duplicate designs?
Yes. Use the duplicate feature to repeat a design multiple times.
Can I resize my artwork?
Yes. You can enlarge or reduce designs directly in the builder.
Important: Enlarging low-resolution artwork can reduce quality.
Is there an auto-fill option?
Yes. Our auto-fill tool helps maximize your sheet space by automatically arranging duplicates to reduce waste.
How do I know if my design is too small?
We recommend avoiding ultra-fine text or details under 0.25 inches, as very small details may not transfer cleanly.
Can I save my design and come back later?
If enabled on your browser/account, your design may save temporarily, but we recommend completing your order once your layout is finalized.

What printing method do you use?
We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, which provides:

Medium-Firm Pressure
Instant/Hot Peel
Repress 2–5 seconds
Always test first, especially on specialty fabrics.
Common Issues
My transfer isn’t sticking. What happened?
Possible causes:
not enough pressure
incorrect temperature
garment moisture
Try repressing for 5–10 seconds.
My design lifted during peel.
Lay the film back down and repress for 5 seconds.
I accidentally uploaded the wrong file. Can I change it?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to help.
